About my order …

What if I am not in to take delivery?

We will delivery to a safe location. If there is a possibility you will not be home, please leave instructions in the comments box before at checkout. In the current circumstances we will not leave your order with a neighbour. You can put another address in the order if you do not want delivery at your home. You supply a phone number with your order so that the courier can contact you if necessary.

When will my order arrive?

We aim to despatch orders within 3 days for 24-hour delivery – so normally 4 days from order. Please be aware that we only despatch parcels on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays on a next day delivery service. Any orders received after 2pm on Thursday will be despatched the following Monday.

Who will deliver my parcel?

We despatch most of our orders with Hart Distribution – a local business that connects with APC Overnight. They will deliver the order between the hours of 9am & 5.30pm. We also use Royal Mail to despatch smaller parcels, they are delivered on a 1st class service.

Why have I had an email saying my order is complete, but I haven’t received anything?

We mark your order as “Complete” when it has been despatched to the courier. “Complete” means it is on its way to you.

How will my food stay cold in transit?

We use thermally insulated double walled boxes with ice packs that are tested to ensure your food arrives fresh and cool. You should refrigerate on receipt and consume with in the use by date marked on the individual product labels.

My order is a gift will it be gift wrapped and without prices?

Apologies, but we cannot gift wrap at present. Your items are not labelled with prices.
