About my order …

What if I am not in to take delivery?

We will delivery to a safe location. If there is a possibility you will not be home, reposnd to the email you receive from DPD and let them know what to do with your delivery. You do need to supply a phone number and email address with your order so that the courier can contact you if necessary.

When will my order arrive?

We aim to despatch orders within 3 days for 24-hour delivery – so normally 4 days from order. Please be aware that we only despatch parcels on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays on a next day delivery service. Any orders received after 2pm on Thursday will be despatched the following Monday.

Who will deliver my parcel?
We use DPD to carry your orders to you. The provide the UKs best service not only to ensure your order is delivered in good condition, but they will let you know when your order will arrive with a 1 hour time slot.

Why have I had an email saying my order is complete, but I haven’t received anything?

We mark your order as “Complete” when it has been recorded as delivered by the courier. “Complete” means you should have received it. Please check communications and tracking available from the courier – DPD. If you still have insufficient information – contact us. /span>

How will my food stay cold in transit?

We use thermally insulated double walled boxes with ice packs that are tested to ensure your food arrives fresh and cool. You should refrigerate on receipt and consume with in the use by date marked on the individual product labels.

My order is a gift will it be gift wrapped and without prices?

Apologies, but we cannot gift wrap at present. Your items are not labelled with prices.
