Traditionally dry-cured oak-smoked back bacon 200g

We locally source pork loin and traditionally dry-cure with our own Taste of the Lakes method. Then smoked over oak chippings for a delicious smokiness. Your Bacon rashers come in a 200g sealed pack ready to cook.
