This premium salmon is reared in the clear, fast flowing waters around Scotland. Each salmon is traditionally cured and then smoked with gently smouldering oak and after resting, the smoked fillet is presented with the skin removed but unsliced for your culinary use. A superb quality ingredient or to slice as you wish.
