Each Smoked Salmon fillet is traditionally cured and then smoked with gently smouldering oak and after resting, the smoked fillet is sliced and trimmed by hand into thin slices which are full of flavour. A whole side of Smoked Salmon of at least 1kg, skinless and “D-cut” sliced for use straight from the pack.
