Refunds and Returns
Our goods are carefully checked so that they leave our premises in the very best condition. However, if there is a problem with your order, contact us before returning the goods.
DAMAGE IN TRANSIT: If your package appears to be damaged please do not refuse to accept the delivery but contact us as soon as possible. Accepting a damaged delivery will not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. Refusing delivery without first consulting us will only result in the goods being disposed of by the courier which we would wish to avoid.
Any complaints will be investigated and responded to as fast as we can.
We cannot be held responsible for any parcels which are undelivered due to the incomplete or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
